Acting as the lead adviser, our Corporate Finance team has successfully advised co-owner and shareholder Russell Matthews on the disposal of his equity in Welcome Furniture Limited, to co-owner John Peterson.

Founded in 2009 by Business Partners Russell and John, Welcome Furniture Limited manufactures and sells ready assembled quality bedroom furniture to retailers across the UK. Based in Caernarvon, North Wales, Welcome Furniture has an experienced sales team to service a client base that extends across the UK.

Welcome Furniture have heavily invested in design, service and state-of the art-technology to ensure superior quality products. In addition, they have their own fleet of dedicated delivery vehicles and drivers- supported by the latest tracking and reporting technology in order to ensure next day delivery on orders.

Following Russell’s decision to dispose of his shares and equity in the business, the team were instructed to structure the deal and see it through to a successful completion.
