Mark joined FRP in 2021 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, and is based in the London office.
He has substantial corporate finance experience working in the UK’s mid-market, advising entrepreneurs through sales, acquisitions, public to private transactions and management buyouts. Mark’s client experience ranges from large multinationals to owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors.
Significant sales and transaction experience include obtaining growth capital for a global social influencer agency, the public to private acquisition of a leading provider of global intellectual property attorneys for £65 million, and the acquisition of a leading specialist travel group for £325 million.
