Meet Nigel

Nigel joined FRP in 2024 following the acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance and is based in our Cardiff office.

He qualified in 1990 with a Big Four firm and specialised in consultancy in the technology sector.

With entrepreneurial experience, having founded his own consultancy firm in 1999, before its successful sale in 2008, Nigel has extensive experience growing businesses with knowledge across a range of corporate finance transactions.

He joined Lexington in 2020 to help grow the business and set up a technology focussed team. Amongst other deals, he led the sale of Red Cortex to TPX Impact, the sale of Evo-Soft to BCN Group and recently the £5m investment by BGF in PureCyber.
