Meet Rahool

Rahool joined FRP in 2024 as an Associate Director in the Debt Advisory team and is based in our London West End office.

He has 7 years of experience working for a Big Four professional services firm, initially in Banking & Capital Markets Audit where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before moving across into the Debt Advisory team.

Rahool is highly experienced in advising PE sponsors and management teams on LBO and bolt-on acquisition financing, asset-based lending, growth financing, refinancing, recapitalisation and fund financing.

He has experience working through the full private equity deal cycle and in a range of sectors including business & professional services, financial services, healthcare & life sciences, retail and technology.
