Meet Victoria

Victoria joined FRP in 2023 and is a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London West End office.

She has extensive international experience and a global network in financial services having worked in the US, UK and Europe in investment banking and private equity. During her time in investment banking she executed nearly 50 M&A transactions from large corporates to start-ups. Whilst in private equity she worked with a portfolio of established consumer brands and e-commerce platforms in the beauty and wellness space.

Her recent work has included advising consumer focused companies and funds on development and execution of business strategies, driving growth and expansion into new markets as well as help with fundraising.

Victoria is fluent in French, English and Russian and is passionate about sustainable, innovative and founder led businesses.
