Meet Warren

Warren joined FRP in 2024 following the acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance and is based in our Cardiff office.

He previously worked at one of the World’s leading banks for over 35 years, where he gained invaluable experience across a range of disciplines, from credit and risk management to retail, commercial and global banking.

Warren has held multiple senior leadership roles and has a track record of supporting clients with major restructures, international mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and management buy-outs.
