We’re pleased to have supported SilverTree Equity Partners on raising debt financing for its acquisition of one of the UK’s largest Microsoft solutions providers, mhance.

SilverTree Equity is a sector-specialist private equity firm which exclusively invests in software, technology and technology-enabled businesses, using its extensive network and industry expertise to support the growth of businesses within its portfolio. Based in London, the team has been involved in over 75 transactions in total.

This includes its latest acquisition of mhance, a highly accredited, multi-award-winning Microsoft Solution Partner. With over 120 employees mhance is one of the largest pure-play Microsoft Solution Partners in the UK&I, enabling a true end–to–end offering for customers across core verticals including not-for-profit, memberships, construction and others. Additionally, mhance is a leading Great Plains support partner with a strong track record of successfully migrating organizations to Business Central.

Our Debt Advisory team was appointed by SilverTree Equity to help it secure the debt financing for this investment. We helped the business to develop a tailored financing structure that provided the scalable capital it needed to support mhance’s growth plans.

This investment will allow mhance to accelerate its multi-vertical expansion and invest further in capabilities across Dynamics, Azure, Power Platform and data and AI. It also puts the business in a position to pursue targeted mergers and acquisitions to expand its offering and cement its position as a market leader.
