Amy Murphy and Matthew Nolan promoted to Associate Director, and Twm Westcott promoted to Senior Associate

We’re pleased to announce three promotions as we continue to invest in our people and expand our national footprint.

Amy Murphy and Matthew Nolan have both been promoted to Associate Director, while Twm Westcott has been promoted to Senior Associate.

Based in Manchester, Amy joined FRP Corporate Finance in 2020 as a Manager. She specialises in M&A and strategic advisory, valuations and capital raising, and is a key member of the Manchester team. This year, she has played a leading role in several transactions, including advising the UK arm of transactional communications specialist Unifiedpost on its management buyout from Belgian parent company Banqup Group.

Matthew, who is part of our London office, joined the firm in 2024 as a Senior Manager. He provides corporate finance advice to businesses across all stages of growth and was part of the team that advised the shareholders of secure network consultancy Intuitive Systems & Networks (ISN) on its sale to international technology services firm Conscia.

Twm, based in Cardiff, joined FRP Corporate Finance through the firm’s acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance in 2024. He supports mid-market businesses through trade and private equity transactions, as well as debt and equity fundraising. His recent work includes advising Welsh fire and security business Ceaton Security on its sale to Senseco Systems.

The promotions follow a period of strategic growth for FRP Corporate Finance. Earlier this year, we expanded the team with the appointment of Director Jessica Ring to strengthen private equity relationships, Partner Dan Sheahan to head up the Leeds team, and Director Chris Ryan to establish a new presence in Liverpool.

These promotions also form part of more than 30 promotions across the wider FRP business.

Jeremy French, Chief Operating Officer at FRP, said: “These promotions are a recognition of the dedication, talent and professionalism of our colleagues across the firm. Their commitment to delivering outstanding service for our clients underpins everything we do, and it’s always rewarding to see people progress and build their careers with us.

“As our business continues to grow, we remain focused on investing in our people – providing the right opportunities, support and environment for everyone to thrive and contribute to FRP’s continued success.”
