FRP Corporate Finance shortlisted for four awards

We’re pleased to announce that FRP Corporate Finance has been named a finalist in four categories at the Insider Wales Dealmakers Awards.

Our Cardiff team has been shortlisted for Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year, a testament to the strength of our team and the continued impact of our work across the region.

Partner, Thomas Edwards has been shortlisted for Dealmaker of the Year. With significant experience, Thomas is recognised as a leading figure in the Wales corporate finance market, having advised on a variety of key transactions in both the UK and European markets.  

Assistant Manager Jade Burgess is a finalist in the Emerging Dealmaker category. Jade’s nomination reflects her impressive progression and growing contribution to deal-making activity, supporting clients across a range of sectors.

Our team has also been shortlisted for Private Equity / Venture Capital Deal of the Year, following the successful completion of the investment in PureCyber Limited transaction. The team, led by Partner Thomas Edwards, Assistant Manager Jade Burgess and Associate Ioan Brigden acted as lead adviser to the shareholders throughout the deal.

The Insider Wales Dealmakers Awards spotlights the top company transactions over the year, and the corporate finance advisers, company dealmakers, lawyers and funders that made them happen.
