FRP Corporate Finance wins two awards at Insider’s Wales Dealmakers Awards 2025

We’re pleased to announce that FRP Corporate Finance has won two awards at Insider’s Wales Dealmakers Awards 2025.

Assistant Manager, Jade Burgess​ was named ‘Emerging Dealmaker of the Year’, recognising her pivotal roles across various landmark Welsh transactions, including a £5m investment in PureCyber by BGF— as well as her exceptional contribution to the regional dealmaking community, her commitment to clients, and her growing reputation as a rising talent in the industry.

PureCyber went on to win Private Equity / Venture Capital Deal of the Year, with our Cardiff Corporate Finance team recognised for advising the leading cyber security company on its £5m investment from equity partner BGF.

Both these awards follow our recent success at the 2024 Real Deals Private Equity Awards, where FRP Corporate Finance was named UK Corporate Finance House of the Year for the second time in three years.
