A little about Dan

Dan joined FRP in 2025 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, based in the Leeds office. He leads the Corporate Finance practice in Leeds, and the wider Yorkshire region.

With over 23 years’ experience, Dan works with private companies, entrepreneurs, management teams and private equity investors on all areas of M&A, including company disposals, acquisitions, fundraising and broader corporate finance mandates.

Dan has held senior corporate finance positions at big four accounting firms and prior to joining FRP led the Northern team for a mid-market investment bank. He works with businesses of various sizes, across a broad range of sectors, and has specialist knowledge of the automotive and mobility sectors.

Dan has a passion for working with business owners and entrepreneurs to help them grow their business and deliver value creation for the stakeholders.
