A little about Henry

Henry joined FRP in 2026 and is an Associate Director in the Debt Advisory team, based in our London office.

He has 10 years of experience advising on the structuring and executing of tailored capital solutions for private equity backed, privately-owned, and public companies.

Previous roles as an adviser, lender and borrower have given him a unique perspective and understanding of stakeholder needs, and an invaluable insight into working in both high-growth and complex distressed environments.

Henry has prior debt advisory experience focused on the European sponsor-backed market, and in structured finance, where he worked across a broad range of debt advisory transactions and sectors.
