A little about Amit
Amit joined FRP in 2023 as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance team and is based in our London office.
Amit has been involved in the origination and execution of a wide variety of fund-raising mandates, from corporate development projects, to financing EOT transactions, as well as leveraged finance M&A deals with equity sponsors.
He has experience through the full deal cycle and has worked across a range of sectors including construction, healthcare, education and recruitment.
Previous experience includes over six years working for a leading global professional services firm, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Prior to being part of the debt advisory team, he spent time in the corporate finance practice where he executed M&A transactions, gained experience in formal insolvency processes within the restructuring division, and worked on various healthcare and infrastructure projects within public services advisory.
