Three new promotions for FRP Corporate Finance

We’re pleased to announce three promotions within our Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory teams, as we continue to invest in our people and services.

Amit Bagga, based in our London West End office has been promoted to Associate Director within the Debt Advisory team, David Kola, based in our London City office, has been promoted to Deal Origination Manager and Tom Pearce, based in our London West End team, has been promoted to Senior Research Analyst.

These are part of a broader round of 30 promotions across our Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Restructuring Advisory, Financial Advisory and Forensic Services pillars, together with our case accounting and finance teams.

The announcements come as we continue to grow, enhance our coverage and deepen our expertise. In July we announced acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance (Cardiff), followed by the acquisition of WilliamsAli Corporate Finance (Newcastle) in September. This strategic move extends our geographical reach into Wales and enhances our corporate finance offering in the North-East.

Our growing team now consists of over 90 specialist advisers, including 25 Partners.
