Receivership, enforcement & asset recovery

We support and advise lenders on distressed and non-performing UK real estate loans with expertise in receivership appointments, asset management, workout strategies and capital advisory to protect value and/or maximise recoveries. With a focus on asset management, loan workout and alternative funding solutions as early intervention strategies, we also preserve a lender’s ability to enforce their security once other options have been fully explored. Through Fixed Charge and LPA receivership appointments, lenders can take control to stabilise assets and manage recovery across simple and complex structures, supported by our nationwide team of restructuring specialists. Loan and portfolio asset management
