Ben joined FRP in 2022 as a Partner in our Restructuring Advisory department, following the acquisition by FRP of BridgeShield Asset Management, which he founded in 2015. He is based in our Leigh-on-Sea and Cannon Street office, working alongside fellow partners to grown FRP’s Real Estate offering
He has more than 25 years’ experience in the property sector and is a highly experienced Fixed Charge Receiver and Asset Manager. He advises lenders on protecting their security, managing risk across loan books and resolving non-performing loans through asset management strategies and fixed charge receivership.
His expertise includes portfolio work-outs, development recoveries, distressed property strategy and loan book due diligence. Having undertaken thousands of successful receivership appointments, Ben has built a strong track record in stabilising complex situations, preserving value and delivering clear, commercially focused outcomes.
