A little about Martin

Martin joined FRP in 2026 as a Director in our Real Estate Advisory team, and is based in our London office. He has over 25 years’ experience across European real estate finance and investment.

He has a strong track record across senior, mezzanine and structured strategies, with expertise spanning fund formation, origination, underwriting, portfolio construction and complex restructurings. He has worked with leading global institutions including Goldman Sachs, Brookfield and BlackRock.

Prior to joining FRP, Martin built and led Delancey’s real estate credit platform and previously headed Brookfield’s pan-European real estate credit business. Earlier in his career, he founded the Renshaw Bay real estate platform (now part of Invesco) and played a leading role in some of Europe’s most complex CRE restructurings during the financial crisis.

At FRP, Martin focuses on advising investors, lenders and borrowers across the real estate capital stack, supporting clients in navigating complex situations, evolving capital markets and value-driven outcomes.
