A little about Neil
Neil joined FRP Real Estate Advisory in 2026 and has worked in the real estate industry since 1989, qualifying first as a quantity surveyor and later as a lawyer.
He has led strategic lending origination and business development mandates for established private credit platforms, with extensive experience across senior debt, mezzanine finance, preferred equity, syndications, CMBS, fund finance and other complex capital structures.
Prior to joining FRP, Neil was Director and Head of Origination and Structured Finance at Canary Wharf Group, where he closed billions of pounds of funding across a wide range of transactions, including construction finance, investment facilities, joint venture equity, government funding and major development agreements.
