A little about Ian

Ian joined FRP in 2020 as a Partner in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in our London office.

He is focused on restructuring and insolvency situations and his key responsibilities include developing FRP’s relationships and profile in the debt fund marketplace.

With almost 30 years’ experience across a wide variety of asset classes gained predominantly at a Big Four firm, Ian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Ian has also held senior roles in a leading global real estate consultancy and a US headquartered alternative asset manager where he was responsible for debt opportunities across Europe.

Ian has secured and led assignments ranging from business reviews and financial due diligence, financial restructuring, stakeholder management, cashflow management, special situation M&A, exit and contingency planning, and financial modelling.
