A little about Ed

Ed joined FRP in 2025 and is a Director in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our London office.

He has a particular focus on options advice and contingency planning, navigating challenging situations to deliver the best outcomes for clients, creditors and stakeholders.

Since joining FRP, Ed has supported clients across a variety of sectors, including the preservation of trading operations of a listed tech media business (including retention of all employees), and a solvent rescue of a residential care home for those with severe learning disabilities.
