A little about Emma

Restructuring Advisory, based in our London office.

She is a Contentious Insolvency specialist with demonstrated expertise in restructuring and recovery services.

Emma has been working on contentious matters since 2008, deploying her skills in global asset tracing, high profile disputes, complex investigations and litigation involving potential misfeasance, breach of duty, negligence and asset recovery for creditors of insolvent estates.

She also provides global enforcement advice in situations with sophisticated multi-jurisdictional structures and works with clients including individuals, company directors, creditors and government departments across a range of sectors to unlock value.

Given the increasing intersection between technology and finance, Emma has developed a strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and artificial intelligence, and closely follows their evolving impact on businesses, regulatory frameworks and the contentious world.
