A little about Gary

Gary joined FRP in 2017 and is a Partner in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in the Preston office.

He has significant experience of all property recovery processes, and has worked with many of the main clearing banks, PE funds, challenger banks, bridging finance lenders, specialist buy-to-let lenders, Family Offices, and private financiers.

Gary has a broad range of corporate experience, but specialises in property restructuring and advisory work. Gary is also a qualified care home manager, and specialises in healthcare turnaround management, with a specific focus on the turnaround of failing adult social care homes.

Gary also has extensive experience dealing with care home administrations and receiverships, and adds value using his turnaround management experience, detailed knowledge of the care sector, and ability to handle sensitive negotiations with the Care Quality Commission and local authorities.
