A little about Steven
Steve joined FRP in 2016 as a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team in our Preston office. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with more than 30 years’ experience, and has been taking appointments since 1998.
Steve has extensive experience of all forms of restructuring advisory – both corporate and personal – but has recently focused primarily on property recovery work.
He concentrates on fixed charge receivership and property administration for UK clearing banks, buy-to-let lenders, secondary and tertiary lenders, and national brewers, establishing himself as a market leader in property recovery.
His significant recent assignments include acting as receiver over a portfolio of 31 mixed-use commercial and residential properties in contentious or hostile circumstances, where the borrower had committed significant mortgage fraud.
