Meet Andy, one of the Associate Directors in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Andy

Andy joined FRP in 2025 and is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Manchester Office.

Before joining FRP, Andy worked in transaction services supporting on a number of national and cross-border transactions. Andy’s experience includes a period of timing living and working in the Netherlands, leading several international transactions providing advisory services to businesses across Europe, the United States and Asia.

His sector-agnostic experience includes the provision of services to the media & telecommunications, leisure & hospitality, veterinary, industrial & manufacturing, and environmental sectors.  Andy has extensive experience servicing acquisitive corporates and private equity clients across buy and sell-side engagements, with deal values between £5 million and £150 million.
