Angie joined FRP in 2025 as a Director in the Governance team following the acquisition of One Advisory and is based in the London office.
She has supported several companies on their journey to IPO – whether Main Market or AIM – developing governance frameworks and ways of working appropriate to the company’s size, listing, and business. Where One Advisory acts as named company secretary, Angie also leads client teams on the delivery of a fully-outsourced company secretarial function.
Angie has a wide variety of sector experience including retail, manufacturing, technology, resources, and professional services and is well placed to conduct board performance reviews and in doing so provides boards with clear insights and practical tools to enhance effectiveness and support sound decision-making.
Angie has been advising PLC boards since 2013, working with organisations ranging from FTSE 350 companies to AIM-listed growth businesses. Her previous experience includes leading the governance workstreams for several successful London IPOs, leading the delivery of a fully-outsourced company secretarial function for several Main Market and AIM-listed clients and overseen the development, implementation and documentation of a refreshed annual reporting governance framework for a large Main Market company.
