A little about Bohdana
Bohdana joined FRP in 2025 as a Senior Manager in the Governance team, following the acquisition of One Advisory, and is based in the London office.
She started her corporate governance career in an in-house company secretarial team of a FTSE 250 fintech company. She has been providing company secretarial services to a portfolio of private, AIM-listed and Main Market clients.
Bohdana has assisted clients during their IPO process and provided board and committee support advising on various aspects of corporate governance during a company’s annual cycle post-IPO. Her experience includes working with clients across a wide range of sectors, including retail, healthcare, technology, and construction.
