A little about Campbell

Campbell joined FRP in May 2025 as a Director in the Financial Advisory team following the acquisition of One Advisory and is based in our London office.

He oversees IPO workstreams including IFRS conversions, PPAs, FPPPs, and working capital forecasts, while also supporting listed and large private companies with internal and external reporting, and technical accounting requirements.

Campbell has been providing IPO and technical accounting advisory, valuation and financial control services to a wide range of private and listed clients across a variety of industries, ranging from natural resources to pension advisory. Campbell has an in-depth knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP and specialises in assisting clients with complex technical accounting challenges that arise during and after their IPO.

His recent preparation of complex historical financial information and working capital modelling services for a £20m AIM listing of a buy and build business and he also assisted the £200m IPO for a technology-based entertainment business, leading the complicated working capital modelling service.
