Meet Dan, one of the Business Development Managers in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Dan

Dan joined FRP in 2024 and is a Business Development Manager in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Manchester office.

He has been involved in the origination and execution of a wide variety of M&A transactions including sell-side, buy-side and fund-raising mandates, alongside managing a professional network of intermediaries.

Dan specialises in guiding founders, entrepreneurs, and owner-managers through strategic mid-market transactions. He has experience originating deals between £8 million and £50 million across tech-enabled services, software & technology, and manufacturing. Before joining FRP, he worked at a leading technology plc and later at a sell-side M&A advisory firm, managing a highly profitable client base.
