A little about Dimitri
Dimitri joined FRP in 2025 as a Director in the Financial Advisory team, following the acquisition of One Advisory, and is based in our London office.
He provides IPO and technical accounting advisory, valuation and financial control services to a wide range of private and listed clients across a variety of industries, ranging from natural resources to bitcoin treasury. Dimitri has an in-depth knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP and specialises in assisting clients with complex technical accounting challenges that arise during and after their IPO.
Dimitri’s has recently led the preparation of complex historical financial information for a £200m AIM listing of a technology-led entertainment business whilst providing ongoing financial reporting support to his Main Market and AIM listed natural resources clients.
