A little about Edward
Edward joined FRP in 2025 following the acquisition of Arc & Co., an FCA-regulated, provider of financial advisory services to the real estate sector, where he Co-Founded the Structured Finance business in 2011 after joining the business in 2010.
Edward’s early career was spent in the real estate division of Tesco PLC where he developed a strong interest in real estate finance.
With deep expertise in debt structuring, Edward leads strategic mandates across the real estate sector, working closely with developers, investors and lenders to deliver tailored funding solutions.
Edward has overseen more than £2bn of financing in the last 5 years.
