Harry joined FRP in 2026 as an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team and is based in our London office.

Since 2018, he has advised businesses and investors on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, strategic reviews and exit planning, helping clients secure shareholder liquidity and attract investment to support future growth.

Harry brings a measured, hands on approach, with a focus on providing clarity, driving momentum and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.
