A little about Jasmine
Jasmine joined FRP in 2025 as an Associate Director in the Financial Reporting team, following the acquisition of One Advisory Limited, and is based in the London office.
She began her advisory career in 2021 at One Advisory, having previously worked in audit roles across the retail, entertainment and financial services sectors. This foundation gave Jasmine strong technical skills in financial reporting, controls, and stakeholder management, which she has since applied to a broad range of financial reporting and IPO projects.
Since moving into advisory, Jasmine’s experience has spanned IPO finance projects, supporting businesses through the full IPO process, as well as providing finance function, financial reporting and technical support to existing listed companies.
In 2025, Jasmine played a key role in advising a technology-led entertainment and online gaming company with its admission to AIM. Working closely with the CFO and Board, she oversaw the preparation of the Financial Position and Prospects Procedures (FPPP) memorandum.
Her recent work includes supporting annual and interim reporting for several AIM‑listed companies, preparing FPPP memoranda for businesses transitioning from AIM to the Main Market, and providing day‑to‑day reporting for a number of mining companies. She has also led IFRS conversion processes and assisted with the preparation of Historical Financial Information for inclusion in Admission Documents and Prospectuses.
Jasmine brings a strong blend of audit, technical accounting expertise and financial reporting experience, supporting both private and listed businesses through complex financial reporting and IPO processes.
