Meet Joshua, one of the Executives in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Joshua

Joshua joined FRP in 2026 as an Executive in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Newcastle office.

He is an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained at a Big Four firm where he worked with a range of financial services clients including investment banks, fintechs and trading businesses. He has experience supporting transaction-related work including valuations, financial modelling and deal-focused analysis.

Joshua has developed a strong interest in advising owner-managed businesses on growth and exit strategies and supporting clients across a range of sectors on M&A transactions and strategic projects.
