A little about Kate
Kate Williams joined FRP in 2025 as a Manager in the Governance team, following the acquisition of One Advisory, and is based in London.
Having started her career as a family solicitor, she started working in governance in 2015 providing board and committee support and advising in-house on regulation and compliance in the higher education sector, becoming the named company secretary for a former FTSE 100 subsidiary.
Kate provides corporate governance advice, board support and entity management to a portfolio of private, AIM-listed and Main Market clients.
