A little about Laura
Laura joined FRP in 2025 as a Partner, following the acquisition of One Advisory where she heads up the Governance team, and is based in the London Blackfriars office.
She has been advising businesses at all stages of the corporate lifecycle since 1998, originally as a corporate lawyer before moving into a governance role with One Advisory. She specialises in supporting London-listed businesses with tailored, practical, effective governance advice, board support and company secretarial services designed to work with their growth strategy, risk profile and resources.
Laura has broad sector experience having advised companies across multiple sectors including manufacturing, retail, resources, leisure and hospitality, and professional services. She is also the Chair of the QCA Corporate Governance Expert Group.
