A little about Lee
Lee joined FRP in 2025 as a Senior Manager in the Governance team, following the acquisition of One Advisory, and is based in the London office.
He has been providing company secretarial and corporate governance advice to companies listed on London’s Main Market, AIM and the Aquis market since 2023. He has aced as Company Secretary for clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Lee has supported clients at all stages of their lifecycle, from pre-IPO to well established public companies.
