A little about Lincoln
Lincoln joined FRP in 2025 as a Director in the Transition team, based in our London office, supporting clients across the UK, working nationally through our offices.
Since 2001 Lincoln has worked in the HR Consulting sector, partnering with a broad range of companies across the FTSE, Fortune markets through to Start-Ups. His early career was in local government and recruitment before moving into the HR consulting industry working for two of the largest companies in the sector.
From 2012 he developed his own business working as an Interim and Advisor to organisations across Europe going through transformational change. Combining his experience as a career coach, Lincoln’s deep Interim knowledge includes co-delivering over 100 workshops on “Becoming an Interim Manager” for the Interim Management Association (IMA).
In addition, he has been a guest lecturer at leading European Business Schools – including, London Business School, BAYES Business School, Judge Business School, ESADE and LSE – guiding rising professionals on executive career management, digital impact, recruitment, and leadership.
His recent experience includes designing and leading a corporate program for an international speciality manufacturer, aimed at developing a strategic approach to their digital brand. Working with the main board, the initiative supported recruitment and corporate development, aligning digital presence with broader business goals.
Lincoln also coached a director-level executive from the telecommunications sector, successfully guiding their transition from corporate sales to a role as Operating Partner at a Venture Capital investment firm.
