A little about Marcela
Marcela supports FRP’s Corporate Finance team by using her research and analysis expertise to provide indicative valuations and appropriate industry buyers. Based in our Burnley office, she provides value-added insights by researching quoted peer data, precedent company transactions, and developing relevant buyer acquisition strategies.
Marcela also delivers research to those companies that are looking to buy. She has worked with several private equity houses on their bolt-on acquisition strategies and sourcing viable targets.
Her real strengths are in developing a narrative around synergies and the ability to interpret data and identify industry trends.
Marcela regularly provides insights into the mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment trends, which are used to build a strong narrative for our new mandates in various sectors.
She has worked for a number of years sourcing buyers or acquisition targets in a range of sectors including food manufacturing, fire and security, construction, plant hire, aerospace, lifting equipment, builder’s merchants, and wood manufacturing.
