A little about Matt

Matt joined FRP in 2026 and is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Leeds office.

He brings over 10 years of experience from both a Big Four firm and a regional M&A boutique, advising businesses on a wide range of transactions, including trade sales, management buy-outs, private equity investments and debt capital raises.

Matt’s work spans multiple sectors, with a strong focus on the Yorkshire and Humber region. He has supported deals typically valued between £10 million and £50 million, many involving international counterparties.
