A little about Matt
Matt joined FRP in 2025 as a Partner in our Financial Advisory team, following the acquisition of One Advisory, and is based in our London office.
He has advised many Main Market and AIM companies on a wide range of transactions, including, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructurings and matters relating to the Takeover Code.
For more than 25 years, Matt has worked as a corporate adviser to growth companies, providing direct and relevant advice to entrepreneurs and company directors navigating their way through the rules and regulations of London’s stock markets.
