Meet Max, one of the Directors in our Financial reporting team.

A little about Max

Max joined FRP in 2025 as an Associate Director in the Financial Advisory team, following the acquisition of One Advisory Limited, and is based in the London office.

He has worked in advisory since 2021, with experience spanning across IPO finance projects managing and supporting businesses through the IPO process, as well as providing finance function advice to existing listed companies on their financial reporting requirements.

Some of his recent projects include supporting an accountancy firm with its admission to AIM, leading the IFRS conversion process and assisting with the preparation of Historical Financial Information for inclusion in the Admission Document, while also providing ongoing technical accounting support.

In 2024, Max led the team advising a nutritional brand on its successful listing on the UK main market. He also worked closely with the CFO and Board, overseeing the preparation of the Financial Position and Prospects Procedures (FPPP) memorandum and managing the IFRS conversion of the Historical Financial Information included in the Prospectus.
