A little about Melanie
Melanie joined FRP in 2025 as a Director in the Financial Advisory team, following the acquisition of One Advisory and is based in the London office.
She has been specialising in technical accounting advisory and IPO support since 2017, working with a wide range of private and listed companies across industries from natural resources to emerging sectors such as digital assets. She is experienced in IFRS reporting and advising on complex accounting issues, and has strong expertise in recommending and assisting with the implementation of robust financial controls for listed companies.
In 2024, Melanie led the team advising an occupational health provider on its successful carve out and listing on the UK main market, working closely with the CFO and CEO, overseeing the preparation of the Financial Position and Prospects Procedures (FPPP) memorandum and managing the IFRS conversion of the Historical Financial Information included in the AIM Admission Document.
