Meet Patrick, one of the Managers in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Patrick

Patrick joined FRP in 2024 as a Manager in the Corporate Finance team and is based in our Reading office.

He has been working in corporate finance since 2021 providing strategic advice and executing transactions across the mid-market for owner-managed businesses, corporates, and private equity.

During his career, Patrick has worked on a range of transactions, valued between £5 million to £150 million, across numerous sectors.

Prior to joining FRP, he worked within the M&A advisory department of an international professional services firm, and trained as a chartered accountant with one of the Big Four.
