A little about Paul

Paul joined FRP in 2025 as an Associate Director in the Governance team following the acquisition of One Advisory and is based in our London offices.

He has extensive experience advising private sector clients, including companies listed on the FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and AIM indices. Paul drives thought leadership and innovation in governance practices.

Paul has successfully supported a number of newly listed companies in navigating and complying with their legal and regulatory obligations as publicly listed entities and has led several board evaluations, delivering practical insights and recommendations to enhance board effectiveness, governance structures, and strategic alignment.
