A little about Philip
Philip joined FRP in 2026 as a Director in the Real Estate Advisory team, following the acquisition of Arc & Co., and is based in the London office.
Having spent the previous 8 years working in the commercial real estate lending team at a challenger bank, Philip has worked in real estate advisory since 2020. His advisory experience ranges from acquisition funding to refinancings across a variety of asset classes including office, PBSA, retail, industrial, serviced apartment and residential. He has also developed a strong track record in financing value-add strategies across all real estate asset classes.
