A little about Richard

Richard joined FRP in 2022 and is a Partner in our Norwich office, leading our restructuring offering to support businesses in East Anglia.

He has over 20 years of experience within the restructuring and advisory sector, previously working as an insolvency law lecturer.

Prior to that Richard spent over a decade providing restructuring and insolvency advice to businesses and individuals across East Anglia.

Richard’s expertise within the training sector has allowed him to build extensive knowledge in insolvency law and practice, allowing him to provide pragmatic advice to businesses and individuals across all sectors.

He specialises in advising businesses and their stakeholders on their options when experiencing distress across all sectors, and has a particular specialism in supporting logistics and technology companies. This included the rescue out of administration of one of the UK’s largest electric vehicle battery manufacturers.
