A little about Robert
Rob joined FRP in 2026 as a Director in the Forensic Services team and is based in our London office.
He has been working in forensic services since 2010 and specialises in complex international dispute resolution including contentious business valuation. He has a broad range of sector experience covering a variety of jurisdictions however has some depth across the energy and natural resources sector, including mining, oil & gas, power, and renewables.
Rob’s previous experience includes a confidential GBP 4 billion oil and gas arbitration involving allegations of breaches of obligations under exploration and development licences. USD 8 billion Trust arbitration involving dozens of assets held across three separate family trusts including an African oil and gas business, an interest in an African energy company, real estate, ships, Croatian and Italian football clubs, and an Italian water polo club. He also worked on a USD 350 million valuation of a Madagascan Nickel mine for the purposes of a UK restructuring plan.
