A little about Tracy

Tracy joined FRP in 2025 as an Associate Director in our People team and is based in our Brentwood office. 

She has a passion for driving meaningful change and helping to create great places to work. With extensive experience across diverse sectors, including construction, healthcare, and the charitable sector, Tracy has successfully led many strategic people projects, culture transformations, and change initiatives that empower businesses and their teams.

Tracy is dedicated to shaping and developing the People Partnering model, ensuring every business area receives tailored support from the People team. Collaborating closely with business leaders, she integrates a strategic people lens into key initiatives, fostering a workplace culture that is engaged, resilient, and future-focused.
