A little about Wenjie
Wenjie joined FRP in 2024 as a Manager in the Debt Advisory team and is based in our London office.
She has worked on various types of mid-market debt financing deals, including staple processes, buyside financing, refinancing, bolt-on acquisitions, and financial model reviews. This experience spans various sectors, including technology, business services, financial services, infrastructure, and construction.
Wenjie’s previous experience includes four years at a Big Four accountancy firm, initially in external audit before moving to debt advisory. As well as spending time at a UK-based engineering consulting firm, where she worked as a Financial Controller in the finance department.
