A little about Will

Will joined FRP in November 2024 as an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Birmingham office.

He has over a decade of experience in professional services, he has extensive expertise across the full M&A lifecycle, advising on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His work includes pre-deal preparation, such as business plan development and EBITDA improvement programs, alongside traditional sell-side lead advisory services.

Will specialises in lower mid-market M&A transactions across the Midlands, focusing on the industrials, manufacturing, and business services sectors. His transaction experience spans a variety of deal types, including MBOs, MBIs, carve-outs, and corporate takeovers.
